Adeyemi Olufemi Simeon obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management at American Intercontinental University (AIU). He also obtained his Masters in the same course (MBA) at the same University, where he emerged as one of the best graduating students of the department. He is currently a PhD student in one of America’s leading universities.

He is a consultant in human resources, who specializes in flexible working practices. His practical and wide experience in the field of human resource management (HRM) in the United States of America is well reflected in his company.

Everywhere he works, he believes in reforms, hardwork, and a sense of propriety. As a lifetime member of the prestigious honor and highest international academic recognition, Delta Mu Delta (International Buiness Honor Society), Adeyemi has over a decade of experience in HRM; working for various human resource companies as an HR practitioner in the United States of America, as well as a short stint as part-time lecturer in the Public Administration department of University of Abuja before he moved to the United States.

He is currently an HR Manager, and the Vice President International Affairs, Institute of Human Capital Management and Skill Development of Nigeria (IHCM), an Institute with the mission of producing outstanding and resourceful human capital.

Adeyemi has published widely in both local and international journals. He has brought to bear, on his company, his varied human resource management experience as well as his deep analytical and philosophical mind. He is married and blessed with children.
